January 19, 2011 — Wyvern Consulting, Ltd. performed a recurrent audit of Fair Wind Air Charter. A thorough review and audit of the policies, procedures and practices implemented by Fair Wind exhibited that the company operates in the interest of enhancing safe industry practices and procedures and as such, Wyvern recommends the services of Fair Wind Air Charter for use by its clients.

Headquartered at Stuart Witham Field Airport (KSUA) Fair Wind currently manages and operates twenty aircraft. With more than 27 years in the charter industry Fair Wind has a zero accident, zero incident record. Accepted throughout the industry as the “standard” in internal charter auditing, Wyvern checks all aspects of a company, from maintenance to operations inside and out.

Not only does compliance with a Wyvern audit mean business is being done to FAA guidelines, it also indicates that the standards are well above those of the industry as a whole. Such examples include a dedicated Safety Program, additional equipment and crew requirements.

Stuart, Florida – November 2010 – Fair Wind Air Charter is pleased to announce today that it has earned the highly prestigious IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations) certification. IS-BAO certification is awarded after a rigorous, independent auditing process conducted by the nonprofit International Business Aviation Council. It’s a continuous improvement program that prescribes an audit every two years and is considered the gold standard for business flight departments for safety and security.

“Fair Wind has worked hard over the last six months in preparing for this audit updating and verifying our policies and procedures to reflect the stringent audit protocols. We are joining the ranks of a select group of leading aircraft operators and management firms. This is a significant achievement,” said Alex Beringer Executive Vice President and Director of Operations. Along with ARG/US Platinum status, and our upcoming renewal of Wyvern approval, Fair Wind will have successfully achieved the top three independent approvals available to the industry”.

October, 2010 – Stuart, Florida. Fair Wind Air charter has recently added a 2004 Learjet 40 to it’s light jet charter fleet. Based in Stuart, Fl. (KSUA) Stuart Witham Field airport, the Lear 40 will carry up to seven passengers. Derived from the Lear 45, the Lear 40 is 24.5 inches shorter and has a maximum take-off weight that is 150 lbs. lighter than the Lear 45. These two characteristics increase the overall performance as well as lower the operational costs for the owner. The Lear 40 will be available for charter early November 2010.
