Careers
At Fair Wind Air Charter, we take pride in knowing that our flight crews are the best trained and prepared in the industry. We work very closely with our training partners FlightSafety (FSI) International and CAE Simuflite to ensure that pilots and cabin attendants are trained to the highest standards imaginable. We are one of Florida's largest aircraft management and charter companies looking for only highly motivated individuals to fill our flight crew vacancies. Our on staff FAA approved instructors and check pilots assure continuously that pilot qualification and proficiency is maintained. Our top priority is aviation safety while maintaining the level of service that has earned us a reputation that is second-to-none! Honesty and integrity are some of the requirements you will have to meet continuously.
Fairwind operates a very wide array of aircraft types and sizes ranging from small, mid, super-mid, to large cabin aircraft. This variety of aircraft allows for great opportunities to upgrade or cross-train to different aircraft and expand your qualifications if you meet our requirements.
We welcome all inquiries to this website, but have to point out that our hiring minimums will be followed strictly. Fair Wind participates in many safety audits and must meet the following minimum criteria for all flight crews. We encourage you to either fax to (772) 288-4230 or email us at careers@flyfairwind.com with the following information:
- A one-page resume reflecting qualifications and experience
- Current address and contact information
- FSI or Simuflite training certificates, if applicable
Please refrain from calling us! Fair Wind will contact you to schedule an interview when and if your qualifications meet an open position.
